Chapter 5 - O Brother, Where Art Thou?

Miss Chapati Belli is back to hyderabad. she confessed. she miss us and all the happiness, all the gayness of the flat (it was even more gay with Andre and Mike (Mathias and Yang are doing their best, instead of a joint family they created a new concept: joint beds (two beds (or more) together (the excuse was bla bla bla because of the rain during the monsoons mathias' bed was always wet (it doesnt rain for 2 months and they are still together (is it still wet? this monsoons... (stephan is feeling jealous (and he is now rejecting me but I will fight for him, lets have a couple terapy (but the psychologist of the flat already left (or right?))))))))).
cheers to our gayness. i didnt speak about marcelo but this thing with cristina I think it is all fake. lets wait for the new chapters of masala's soap opera.
i really ask you to gossip here. say whatever. whenever. gossip. please. 1% of the gossiping in average is true. and i just want to know more and more and more about my flatmates, about my ex-flatmates, about the flatmates that i never had but that lived in the flat, about flat mates in general, about people with long hair, about humans... I want to know everything about humans. about my reality. the human kind, you know. that is the only thing I want. to understand the human kind. my dream is a simple dream if you cooperate. please tell me the true. please gossip

Dear Masala members and ex-members

Wow, amazing how this community developped. I was a proud and loud memeber from 1st August 2005 - 11th November 2005 and I witnessed the moment when we created the name 'masala flat'. Sometimes I really miss the chaos, noise and our cool adventures. Uuh, and the flat meetings ;)

For new guys my best advice: Force yourself to explore the city, even when you are tired!

Well, what happend to me since I came back from Hyderabad (short version): Finished my studies, working for UBS (a huge bank, what else in Switzerland), travelling back and forth to Norway (some of you might remeber Thor, the God of Thunder), will go to Kenya for two weeks in February and continue working. By the way: Working in Switzerland is not comparison to working in Hyderabad!!!!

One year ago....

Would you believe it? On December 1, 2005, 1 year ago, I arrived in Hyderabad itself! At 2am in the morning I left the airport praying that someone would hold up a sign saying 'Mike' on it. Noone was there only! I was already despairing when some guy approached me and asked 'Are you Mike?' I almost hugged the guy, which, I found out, wouldn't have been bad at all, Indian men like physical contact. So right now I'm feeling a little nostalgic, it's been a long time and I had absolutely great moments, but also pretty sucky ones. Miss all you guys in Masala Flat, take care and keep those chins up!
